1. General provisions
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legal document binding on the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, as well as the responsibilities of the parties when purchasing goods in the online store margisiulai.lt. By purchasing goods in this online store, the Buyer agrees to the application of these conditions.
1.2. The purchase-sale contract is considered concluded when the Buyer creates a basket of goods, specifies the delivery address, chooses a payment method and, having familiarized himself with these Rules, ticks the statement “I have read the rules” and confirms the order. The contract is valid until the goods are delivered.
1.3. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the database of the online store.
2. Buyer’s rights and obligations
2.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store margisiulai.lt in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
2.2. The buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price for the goods and their delivery and to accept the ordered goods. The Buyer must pay for the goods within 48 working hours from the moment of concluding the purchase-sale contract. If payment is not made within this period, the Seller has the right to consider that the Buyer has refused the purchase-sale contract.
2.3. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods by notifying the seller in the manner specified in the “Return” section of these Rules.
2.4. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided. If the data provided in the Buyer’s order form changes, he must update it immediately. If there are consequences due to the provided incorrect or inaccurate data, the Seller is not responsible for them and acquires the right to claim direct losses from the Buyer.
2.5. After registering in the online store margisiulai.lt, the Buyer is responsible for the transfer of his login data to third parties and the resulting consequences.
2.6. The buyer, using the services of the online store margisiulai.lt, undertakes to comply with these Rules and other requirements established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Seller’s rights and obligations
3.1. The seller undertakes to create favorable conditions for using the services of the online store margisiulai.lt, but does not provide any guarantees that the online store will operate continuously. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the online store margisiulai.lt without notifying the Buyer in advance.
3.2. The seller confirms that the Buyer’s data will be used only for the identification of the Buyer when ordering goods and their delivery.
3.3. The Seller undertakes to ensure the protection of the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the procedure provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.4. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy rights and the Buyer’s personal information specified in the registration form of the online store margisiulai.lt.
3.5. The seller has the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer, if the buyer does not pay for it within 48 hours from the conclusion of the purchase-sale contract.
3.6. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer under the conditions set out in these Rules. The Seller is not responsible if the goods are not delivered due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
3.7. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer a similar product, and if the Buyer refuses, to return the money paid to the buyer within 3 working days, if prepayment was made.
3.8. If the Buyer does not comply with the obligations specified in the Rules, tries to harm the stability and security of the online store margisiulai.lt, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit, suspend or cancel the Buyer’s ability to use the services of the online store margisiulai.lt and not fulfill his orders.
3.9. The seller has the right to change these Rules by publishing them on the website of the online store margisiulai.lt. Changes are valid from the moment of publication for all newly concluded transactions.
3.10. The seller is not responsible for the information provided or activities carried out by other companies, if the links in the online store take the Buyer to their web pages.
4. Submitting an order for goods
4.1. The buyer can buy goods in the online store margisiulai.lt at any time of the day.
4.2. The Buyer pays for the goods in one of the ways specified in the “Payment” section of these Rules.
4.3. Product prices in the online store margisiulai.lt are indicated in euros, including VAT.
4.4. Only after payment of the Buyer’s for the goods is received, the formation of the goods parcel and the calculation of the delivery term of the goods begin.
4.5. If the buyer does not complete the payment within 48 hours, the order is cancelled.
4.6. In all cases, it is considered that the Buyer, by placing the order, is familiar with and unconditionally agrees with the Rules of the online store and other conditions attached to the order.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Information on delivery methods and prices is provided in the “Delivery” section of these Rules.
5.2. Usually, goods are sent to the address specified by the Buyer within 24 hours from the receipt of payment (on working days), if the goods are in the Seller’s warehouse.
5.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the specified delivery address.
5.4. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. If the goods will be accepted by another person, the Buyer must specify the data of the person who will accept the goods when filling in the delivery information of the order. Upon delivery and delivery of the goods to the address specified by the Buyer, it is considered that the goods have been handed over to the Buyer, regardless of whether the goods were received at the specified address by the Buyer or another person.
5.5. The buyer has no right to make claims if the goods were delivered to the specified address to a wrong entity.
5.6. If a violation of the package of the shipment, inconsistency in the quantity, quality, assortment of the goods is detected, the Buyer must inform the seller by e-mail.
5.7. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer on time or are not delivered due to the Buyer’s fault, the wrong delivery address specified by the Buyer or due to other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6. Return and exchange of goods
6.1. Goods are returned in accordance with Articles 6.228(10) and 6.228(11) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The amount of money paid for the goods is returned to the Buyer, including the costs of delivery of the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer. Money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer’s bank account.
6.2. Quality goods based on 6.1. according to the clause of the Rules, they are returned or exchanged within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. In order to return or exchange goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller about this by e-mail and fill out the exchange-return form. Goods are returned to the Seller by registered mail. Shipping costs for returned or exchanged goods are paid by the Buyer.
6.3. The returned high-quality product must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging, without losing the appearance of the product (label intact, etc.), in the same configuration as the Buyer received it.
7. Product quality, guarantees
7.1. Product details are indicated in the product description attached to each product.
7.2. The seller is not responsible if the color, shape or parameters of the goods in the online store margisiulai.lt do not correspond to the real color, shape, size, etc. of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods are drawn up based on the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved according to the procedure provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
PAYMENT
Payment for goods is possible:
• By bank transfer through Swedbank, SEB, DnB, Danske or Šiauliai Bank, after connecting to your account through electronic banking with the help of the Paysera payment system.
• By local bank transfer to the specified account. All data required for payment will be sent by e-mail after placing the order.
When paying for goods, it is necessary to indicate the order number in the destination field of the order. If the buyer does not complete the payment within 48 hours, the order is cancelled.
DELIVERY
Delivery of goods is carried out in Lithuania and all over the world.
Items are shipped within 24 hours (working days) upon receipt of order payment.
Shipping methods in Lithuania:
1. By Lithuanian post. Delivery of goods to the nearest Lithuanian post office by registered priority parcel (1-4 working days) – from 1.52 EUR (the price varies depending on the weight of the parcel).
2. By post machines:
• LP Express. Delivery of goods to the nearest post office (1-2 working days) – 1.7 EUR. If the value of the order is greater than 70 euros, delivery by LP express post machine is free.
• Omniva. Delivery of goods to the nearest post office (1-2 working days) – 2 eur. If the value of the order is greater than 70 euros, delivery by Omniva post machine is free.
• LP express courier. Home delivery of goods (1-2 working days) – 4 eur.
If the value of the order is greater than 70 eur, delivery by LP express courier is free.
Shipping abroad:
1. EU countries – shipping terms around 2-10 days. Shipping cost:
• 0-0.5 kg – 4.96 eur;
• 0.5–1 kg – 7.24 eur;
• 1-2 kg – 9.56 euros.
2. Other countries – shipping terms around 5-15 days. Shipping cost:
• 0-0.5 kg – 5.94 eur;
• 0.5–1 kg – 9.85 eur;
• 1-2 kg – 13.61 euros.
RETURNING THE GOODS
If the purchased goods do not meet the quality, color or other characteristics, you can exchange or return them within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods. Goods can be returned or exchanged if:
1. The product was not damaged by the Buyer;
2. The product has not been used or has otherwise lost its commercial appearance;
3. The product has not lost its original packaging (labels intact, etc.);
4. The product is in the same configuration as the Buyer received it.
In order to return or exchange goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller about this by e-mail and fill out the exchange-return form. Together with the returned or exchanged product, the buyer must also send a VAT invoice and a written request with the stated reason for the return or exchange.

If the returned goods meet the above-mentioned requirements for returned goods, within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods, new selected goods are sent or the refunded money is transferred to the payer’s account. If the goods are returned, the amount of money paid for the goods, including the costs of delivery of the goods, will be returned to the Buyer. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer. Money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer’s bank account.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) establishes the basic principles and procedure based on which personal data of Buyers are processed in the online store margisiulai.lt.

The processing of buyers’ personal data is determined by these conditions, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data.
Buyers under the age of 16 may only purchase with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Registration submission rules
The buyer must provide complete and correct information about himself in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the registration form, the Seller has the right to cancel the registration and delete the data or limit the Buyer’s ability to use the online store.
The following personal data of the buyer is collected in the online store:
• buyer’s name, surname;
• address;
• telephone number;
• Email address;
• IP address of the buyer;
• payment and delivery methods;
• order history;
• request history;
• collected information.
The seller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of every natural or legal person who visits the online store. The seller collects and uses personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the online store registration form) in order to:
• properly fulfilled orders for goods or services;
• solve problems related to the quality of goods or services;
• implement a loyalty program;
• fulfill other contractual obligations.
The buyer’s personal data is processed using secure means (SSL certificate), which protect this data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other illegal actions.
The Seller has no right to transfer the Buyer’s personal data to third parties without obtaining the Buyer’s separate consent, except in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
By confirming the registration form, the Buyer agrees that the personal data voluntarily provided in the registration form will be processed based on these Rules.
